Have you heard of Channel Islands Beach? No? Well neither have many others, including long-time So Cal residents. But you know what? We kinda like that. It’s an unincorporated community halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara consisting of three historic neighborhoods: Hollywood by the Sea, Silver Strand Beach, and our beloved Hollywood Beach. It’s a narrow 1.3-mile-long strip of coastal edge that boasts one of the cleanest white sand beaches around…one that seems almost private to the community since there’s barely any foot traffic.
